They made cotton, cloth, grain, copper, bronze pearls, and ivory. They made all of these things in cities. Irragation in India increased crop production.

In India, the gender roles for families were that the wifes were supposed to stay home and do house work, like cooking and cleaning. The husbands went out to town to work. Baby boys births were celebrated, while baby girls birth's were considered painful to the familiy. The women and the girls wee vry close, and so was the fathers and the sons. The girls and fathers wre not close at all, and do not think highly of them, at all.
In conclusion, I learned that India's religion is polytheistic. That means that they believe inmany gods. I learned that India farms wheat, melons, and lots of other things. Then, I learned that they used irrigation systems to water all the things they grow. I also learned that there are gender roles in India, that certain genders are supposed to do different things. Did you know that?
I also learned that India consideres their animals sacred. What I want to find out is why do they consider them sacred? India makes a lot of things like, cotton, cloth, and grain, but these are just a few. The women wear lots of jewlery, mostly around their wrists. I hope you found India just as interesting as I did!!!!!!!
